Owner and founder of First step accounting services, Yolanda Bence originally comes from Namibia, born and raised in Windhoek.
During her employment history in Windhoek, she gained experience in a wide area of employment fields, but it is business management, accounting and HR that appealed to her the most. She co-managed a group of companies before moving to Cape Town, South Africa in May of 2017.
